Millboard make extensive efforts to replicate the appearance of natural timber. Similar to all products exposed to elements like sunlight, snow and rain, Lasta-Grip will naturally undergo weathering and gradual toning over time. A subtle yellowing, particularly noticeable in the deeper grain of our decking and cladding boards, may occur, and a reduction in gloss is both expected and intentional. This intentional change is part of Millboard’s meticulous process to recreate the look of natural timber, preserving the nuances of the original piece it was carefully moulded against, complemented by their distinctive hand-colouring process.

Similar to other composite products, the board surfaces may become warmer than timber when directly exposed to sunlight. Darker colours, in particular, can experience higher temperatures and might be uncomfortable for barefoot walking. It's advisable to wear footwear in conditions of direct sunlight and elevated temperatures. Take extra caution when using decking in areas near heat/UV reflective glass or around pool environments.
